Huh!

The bugs that live in our mouths , good ones and bad ones, live in a jello biofilm.This biofilm need to be broken up. Regular, hand held tooth brush just pushes the jello around the mouth.It doesn't bust it up. This is why I always recommend using a sonic electric toothbrush.This will bust up the jello. Place the sonic brush on your tooth and then move to the next tooth. Do not scrub to get the sonic effect.
